Dr. Michael Brenner
As an international leadership consultant, executive coach, keynote speaker, and educator with over two decades of experience, Dr. Michael Brenner founded Right Chord Leadership with a singular vision: When people work in harmony, great things happen!™ The CHORDS Model™ approach to strengthening leaders and teams emphasizes the six “notes” of high performance—Communication, Harmony, Ownership, Respect, Direction, and Support—as the cornerstones of success within any team.
Right Chord Leadership’s unconventional workshops, executive coaching sessions, and consulting services have helped clients—including law firm Ballard Spahr, Boeing, Godiva, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and Habitat for Humanity—increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, improve customer service, and create more inclusive work environments.
Dr. Michael Brenner’s academic achievements include a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, a master’s degree from Temple University, and teaching roles at Penn State University, Temple University, and American University. Recently, Dr. Michael Brenner completed a certificate program on the neuroscience of leadership from MIT and is currently finishing a book based on the CHORDS Model™ aimed at developing young leaders.
